Reality TV fetches Rs.20 Cr plus deal for superstar

After Amitabh Bachan’s successful stint into Television with KBC, many star heroes from both Bollywood and regional film industries ventured into television and expanded the horizons of the small screen. While Salman Khan proved a successful host of Big Boss series in Hindi, Superstar Sudeep hosted the first two seasons of ‘Big Boss’ reality show for Kannada version.

The third season of Big Boss is on cards and it is learnt Sudeep signed a Rs.20Cr plus deal for the five seasons of the reality show to follow. Sudeep already proved a great host dealing with the chaos of the inmates of the reality show who get locked up in a house for several months according to the concept of the show.

Sudeep is presently busy playing negative character with bilingual ‘Puli’ starring Vijay as the lead. A Tamil-Kannada bilingual is also on cards for the Kannada superstar. Amidst all this, Sudeep is going back to small screen to continue hosting for the hugely successful reality show.
