RGV has announced that he will be making a gangster film in Kannada called Appa, it will be coming with a tagline The father of all Godfathers. It is clear that the director is taking a tongue in cheek jibe at the gangster movies he has made so far that have been sourced from the ultimate “Godfather” movie or books.
As mentioned at the start, this time RGV’s gangster saga will be set in Bangalore. Looks like his working experience on the film Catching Veerappan has bore some fruits in this ‘gangster’ direction.
