Ritika Nayak Power Peta

Two distinct character introductions are offering audiences an early look at the world being created in Powerpeta, directed by Krishna Chaitanya. As announced by the makers, Ritika Nayak essays the female lead in the movie. After presenting Sundeep Kishan as Senapathi Ravi through a glimpse, the makers have now revealed Ritika Nayak as Padamataveedhi Janaki, offering a look at another character in the film.

The new poster was released to celebrate Ritika Nayak’s birthday, featuring the actress in a traditional look. Dressed in a cream half saree and a dupatta, she is seen seated on a wooden bench inside a vintage-style house. Traditional jewellery, long wavy hair and a composed expression complete her appearance, giving the poster a classic feel.

There is more to Padamataveedhi Janaki than meets the eye, and the glimpse suggests that her character has different shades. The actress appears in a range of contrasting looks, transitioning from traditional attire to modern outfits. The glimpse also indicates that her character will have a glamorous side in the movie.

Ritika Nayak has been associated with commercially successful films, including Teja Sajja’s Mirai and Varun Tej starrer Korean Kanakaraju, while Hi Nanna, where she played a cameo, also performed well commercially.

The project is being produced by Vijay Chilla and Shashi Devireddy under 70mm Entertainments, a banner that has backed films with varied storytelling approaches.

The production is progressing, with 60% of the filming completed. Ritika’s casting adds another member to the film’s principal cast, following her recent appearances in commercially successful films.
