Hero Nithiin returns with a heist entertainer, Robinhood, marking his second collaboration with director Venky Kudumula after their blockbuster Bheeshma. The film’s teaser was released today.
The teaser focuses on Nithiin’s character, a modern-day Robinhood who masterminds daring heists at luxury residences, taking on different disguises for each robbery. He also flirts with a wealthy woman, played by Sreeleela.
Nithiin’s role required multiple transformations, and Venky Kudumula seems to rely on entertainment to make the film work, as hinted in the teaser’s final dialogue.
Robinhood is produced by Mythri Movie Makers, promising high production values, with a background score by GV Prakash Kumar, known for his recent work on Amaran and Lucky Bhaskar. The film is set to hit theaters on December 25, just in time for Christmas.
