The recently released Bollywood film Dhurandhar has achieved historic success. The film has entered the prestigious Rs. 1000 crore club and has emerged as the biggest Indian blockbuster in recent times. In the last few years, no other film has come close to matching its box office collections or cultural impact. For Ranveer Singh, Dhurandhar marks the biggest success of his career and his first film to cross the Rs. 1000 crore milestone.
The film has also introduced a new heroine, Sara Arjun, daughter of actor Raj Arjun. Carrying forward her father’s legacy, Sara made her debut as a leading actress in a record-breaking project. Having earlier worked as a child artist, achieving such a massive blockbuster with her first film in a lead role is a rare feat. The success of Dhurandhar is expected to open several strong opportunities for her in Bollywood.
This naturally raises the question of whether Sara has received offers from the Telugu film industry. Interestingly, it has now come to light that she is already part of a Telugu project. The news largely went unnoticed because the film has seen very limited publicity. Under different circumstances, Sara’s presence would have been projected as one of the film’s biggest strengths.
The film in question is Euphoria, a youthful concept movie directed by veteran Gunasekhar under his home banner. The project remained on the sets for several months and has now completed its shoot. It is currently in the post-production stage.
Sara Arjun plays the female lead in Euphoria, alongside Bhumika Chawla and Gautham Vasudev Menon in key roles. Surprisingly, very few are aware of her involvement in the film due to the lack of promotional activity. Ironically, following the phenomenal success of Dhurandhar, Sara could have significantly boosted the film’s visibility and buzz. However, the makers appear to have missed that opportunity by not capitalizing her newfound stardom.
