The hero stood 19th in the list of Hyd Times Most Desirable Men 2018. “With his killer six-packs and sexy locks, new-entrant Karthikeya Gummakonda slays at 19,” they wrote. Well, guess who won the first place? Vijay Deverakonda. While Prabhas got the second rank, Ram Charan and Mahesh Babu bagged the third and fourth ranks on Hyd Times list.
