Rahman Realisation – Different Opinions on Baahubali

AR Rahman’s response before watching ‘Baahubali 2‘ was different from the opinion he expressed after watching it. He talked the missed opportunity of Rajinikanth’s ‘Kochadaiyaan’, which could have been as gigantic as ‘Baahubali’ if the CG works were done well.

He said that Baahubali was lucky and the team were a bunch of talented and nice people. Actually, more than being lucky; the team spirit, immense belief in the filmmaker and the hard work paid rich dividends. After watching the film, the music maestro’s tone says that he was overwhelmed.

According to him, ‘Baahubali 2’ opened floodgates for the South Indian Cinema to the world and given it a new identity. He lauded the work of Rajamouli, Keeravani and the entire team and hoped ‘Baahubali 2’ crosses Rs. 2000 crore and above, at the box-office. Even, we wish the same, Rs. 2000 crores and above.
