Sai Dharam Tej’s Republic Has An Interesting Connection to Him!

The teaser of Sai Dharam Tej‘s upcoming film Republic was released today. From the teaser, it was evident that the film is a political commentary on the current political scenario in India. At the beginning of the teaser, we see a quote by George Orwell, which says “In Our Age, There Is No Such Thing As Keeping Out Of Politics”.

In a video that is trending on Twitter, we can see an interview of Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s, with Bollywood’s Rajeev Masand. In this interview, Pawan can be seen saying that there’s no way that he can stay away from politics because politics is something that decides his day to day life.

What has now turned interesting is whether Republic is intentionally being similar to Pawan’s views and ideas, or if it is a total coincidence. Whatever it may be, this coincidence has certainly surprised many.

Republic is scheduled to release on 4th April in the Telugu states and is directed by Deva Katta. The teaser of the film looks highly interesting, it is now to be seen how the movie will turn out to be.
