Samantha Case: Justice Not Delivered?

Kukatpally Metropolitan Court had delivered its final judgment in Samantha’s case. The court has ordered the three YouTube channels to immediately take down the defamatory content posted on the actress. The court also urged them not to post anything pertaining to Samantha’s Personal and marital life.

Meanwhile, the court also asked Samantha not to post anything related to her Personal life on social media. However, Samantha’s fans are not at all happy with this verdict. “Samantha is the victim in this case. The YouTube Channels have posted derogatory content. Only removal does not suffice the wrong they committed,” they say.

“What about the mental agony she has suffered? The court should have reprimanded them for making false accusations. This verdict should have been a lesson to everyone involved in mudslinging and intruding into the lives of the celebrities in the name of freedom of expression,” they add.

Meanwhile, there are reports that Samantha is not in favor of extending the issue further and would not approach a higher court on this issue. But then, fans will be clearly unhappy with such a decision.
