Samantha who is looking for a major thrust professionally has yet again bagged a big project. Director duo Raj and DK have cast Samantha for an upcoming web series Citadel, which is a popular American TV series by Russo Brothers.
Samantha is the female lead where she is paired alongside Varun Dhawan for the first time. Unlike Raji, Samantha will be seen as a stylish spy along with Varun. The two will be attending various workshops and other training modules to learn stunts.
High on action, this prestigious series will be a spin-off to the American Show Citadel. This is said to be the prestigious project coming from Amazon Prime. The espionage series will go on floors next year, 2022 and will be up for telecast in 2023.
Meanwhile, this comes as a big push for Samantha and would take her closer to the Bollywood audience.
