Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt who was serving his time in prison for illegally owning weapons, has been granted a two week parole by the Yerwada Jail Authorities on medical grounds just a day before Gandhi Jayanti. The actor reached home after almost four months of serving jail time.
The actor, in his first public appearance after receiving his parole, stated that he just wants to spend some quality time with his family and is very thankful to his supportive fans. He also said that he is a “law abiding citizen” and will complete the parole and report back to prison.
The actor was very happy to be back even though for a very short time. He filled the form for parole in August and now that he is unwell, finally got the permission to go home for 14 days.
