Finally, here is the clarity about the release dates of Alavaikuntapuramlo and Sarileru Neekevvaru. Active Telugu Film Producers Guild (ATFPG) announced that it has managed to convince the producers to avert a clash. Finally, they have agreed to release Sarileru Neekevvaru on January 11th and Ala Vaikunthapuramlo on January 12th.

They have called for a Press Meet and announced that the clash is averted and the movies will release as agreed earlier. Sources say that Sarileru Neekevvaru Team has agreed to get some more theaters to Ala Vaikuntapuramulo team on its release day and that has settled the issue once for all.

The trade is very much relieved as the clash is averted. As much as 200 Crore is riding on the film and a clash would have proved to be disastrous for them. With clarity about the release dates, both the teams are gearing up to increase their promotions.

Anil Ravipudi, the director of Sarileru Neekevvaru delivered a blockbuster, F2 for last Sankranthi and wants to repeat the feat again. Trivikram and Bunny delivered successful films like Julayi and S/O Satyamurthy are keen on completing a hat-trick of hits with Ala Vaikuntapuramulo.
