However, this time the actor has landed in the middle of a controversy. Satya is facing backlash from a section of Nandamuri fans for recreating an iconic moment associated with legendary actor Sr. NTR in Korean Kanakaraju.
In one of the film’s comedy sequences, Satya imitated Sr. NTR’s 1978 film Yugapurushudu dialogue where Sr. NTR tells actor Chandra Mohan, “Your stroke is very amateurish”. While the sequence was intended as lighthearted comedy, loyal fans and admirers of Sr. NTR feel the presentation is cheap and disrespectful.
A section of Nandamuri fans is actively demanding that the filmmakers immediately delete the controversial scene from Korean Kanakaraju and issue an unconditional public apology to the Nandamuri family and their fanbase.
