Sedition Case filed on ABN Radhakrishna!

Telangana advocates JAC famous for filing cases on Andhra politicians including CM Chandrababu Naidu, is in news once again. They filed a case with Banjara Hills Police Station on ABN-Andhrajyothy MD Radha Krishna for airing a series of news articles against Telangana Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhar Rao.

They alleged that RK aided malicious articles against the Chief Minister which do not have an iota of truth. They further alleged that this will amount to hurting the sentiments of Telangana people. It is not clear if the case is registered by the police.

Such cases will not be usually pursued and will be only used to get some publicity for the complainants. The same happened with couple of cases the JAC registered on Chandrababu too. Policemen who normally do not entertain such complaints, at least take them now as these complaints are in favour of the ruling party.
