Director Sekhar Kammula has been ready with his film Anamika for quite some time now. Some reports even suggest that the film has completed its censor process too. But nothing about the film except for few trailers have been really promoted in public space. As a result a vast majority are still ignorant about this new film from Sekhar Kammula who happens to be a very popular director in his own right in Telugu cinema.
However it finally looks like things are going to get a move in the coming few days. First the long pending audio launch is expected to happen on April 16 in Hyderabad. For the first time MM Keeravani has provided music for a Sekhar Kammula film and this is the reason alone for excitement as the director’s film usually contains excellent music. Anamika is remake of Bollywood film Kahani starring Vidya Balan. Nayanatara replaces Vidya Balan in the remake.
