Rangasthalam had a limited release, as mentioned before, compared to other recent biggies, but the plus side was the occupancy which was excellent throughout the day. It was always going to be the biggest opener for Charan, but how big was the question on everyone’s mind. Well, it went beyond the fans imagination. The Telugu states number just about missed the Twenty Crore mark, though.
