Sequel to Hindi Vikramarkudu locked

Vikramarkudu was one of the biggest hits in the career of Ravi Teja. This film directed by SS Rajamouli was later remade in several languages but the biggest hit among all these version was the Hindi version titled Rowdy Rathore starring Akshay Kumar. Post Rowdy Rathore the actor has done many films but has not been able to beat it despite more number of theatres and increased prices.

The film had another speciality too. It was produced by Sanjal Leela Bhansali, a director far removed from the masala kind of movies. Rowdy Rathore bailed out the maker from financial crisis and helped him bounce back in the game. Its success helped him in making the kind of films he wanted to make. Keeping this in mind the director has now decided to produce another such masala film which in fact would be sequel to Rowdy Rathore. It will be directed by Prabhu Deva again. Other details about this exciting project is still awaited though.
