Sharwanand Sets The Ball Rolling With Fun Folk Number

Music director Mickey J Mayer is known for strong, classy melodies; the ‘Melody Master’ is shifting gears and coming up with a fun folk number for Sreekaram. He makes sure that he doesn’t miss his trademark ‘melody’, though.

The first single from Sreekaram titled Bhalegundi Baalaa is a shift for Mickey J Mayer from his usual style. It is still instantly catchy. What makes it so is the unique singing and lyrics by Penchal Das. He singing and fun wording is what makes the difference here.

The mass beats are effectively mixed with the raw tone and singing to make one immediately hook to the song. The lead pair, Sharwanand and Priyanka Arul Mohan seems to have good chemistry, based on the glimpses, to make the single a winner, visually too. The actor is enjoying it, and one can feel it in those bits.

The last three films of Sharwanand have been disappointments at the box office. He has set the ball rolling on his fourth. Sharwanand would be hoping for a big comeback with Sreekaram.
