Shriya to replace Trisha in Balayya’s next?

Buyoyed with the success of Legend, Nandamuri Balakrishna is all set to team up debutant Satya Deva for a new movie. Produced by Rudrapati Ramana Rao, the film is expected to go onto the floors in the second week of June on the occassion of Balakrishna’s birthday.

Meanwhile, the makers had approached Trisha to play the leading lady in the film. Buzz is that Trisha had demanded Rs 1.25 crores to sign the dotted line. Shocked by the remuneration asked, the makers have backed out of the idea of roping her and are considering Shriya Saran for the lead role. It must be remembered here that Shriya has acted with Balakrishna in Chennakesava Reddy in the past. Currently, the makers are awaiting for the response of Shriya and if everything goes as expected, Shriya is most likely to romance Balayya for the second time in this film rumored to be titled as Godsey.
