Shruti Haasan-Dil Raju combo finally yields success

Shruti Haasan have worked together so far in two films – ‘Oh My Friend’ and “Ramayya Vasthavayya”, has finally something to feel happy about as the duo’s latest films ‘Yevadu’ has turned out to be a blockbuster. She is happy that their combo has finally clicked at the box-office.

Shruti, who has worked with star actors such as Pawan Kalyan, Jr. NTR and Ram Charan, says she’s not always inclined towards working with star heroes and only signs a film if she’s convinced with the story. She said that when Harish Shankar narrated the story of Gabbar Singh to her, she was confident that it will turn out to be a blockbuster, and it eventually did. She added that she also felt the same when Vamsi narrated her the story of Yevadu.

Shruti, who was shooting for ‘Gabbar’ with Akshay Kumar, joined the team of ‘Yevadu’ to celebrate the success on Tuesday. She said that she still hasn’t seen the film as she believes in the sentiment that not watching her own film will work for her.
