Siddharth’s Jigarthanda –A Hit or Not a Hit?

Overnight hot shot director ‘Pizza’ fame Karthik Subbaraj is currently involved in the making of his second film which has Siddharth and Lakshmi Menon as the lead pairing. The teaser of the film had been recently released. It showed a shot where actor Siddharth was on his knees with hands tied behind. The shot with the meaning of the title and its relation to the frame was very chilling and the audience was impressed with the freshness of the frame.

The teaser has apparently been successful since it has already crossed three and half lakh views in a mere three days on YouTube. With this, the team is excited and released the first look poster of the film.

Siddhu has finished shooting for Jigarthanda and started working on Tamil remake of recent Kannada blockbuster movie ‘Lucia’. Siddharth is away from Telugu films due to his recent controversies. Actor Siddharth hasn’t had any hits in the recent past. But looking at the teaser there is some hope from his latest film may do well in Tamil. Will he finally get a hit?
