Simbu asks 1 month time to show up in Court!

Well-known Tamil star, Simbu, has been in the news regarding his much-hyped “Beep Song” and was recently summoned for an inquiry. The song, which was allegedly sung by Simbu, soon caught a lot of attention for its derogatory lyrics, especially for women. However, the popular actor sought leave for one month after which he will make his appearance before the Race Course Police, Coimbatore.

The actor’s father, T Rajendran, had asked for a postponement in a letter addressed to the Police after the summons were sent to him.

Popular composer, Anirudh of ‘Kolaveri Di’ fame, is also ‘allegedly’ associated to the song but has repeatedly denied composing it. Anirudh has also been asked to appear before the Police for questioning although the actor is currently in Canada for a fund raising event.
