Singer to pay 50 Lakhs for slapping fan?

A Delhi court summoned popular singer Mila Singh over alleged defamation suit filed by a Ophthalmological doctor. The incident happened in the way back of April 11, 2015 when Delhi Ophthalmological Society organised live music concert.

When the Doctor was dancing at the event, Mika Singh instructed him to move aside by pointing fingers and using rude language. When the doctor didn’t pay heeds to the Mika, he got anger and ordered his bouncer to take him. The bouncers dragged the doctor to the stage and subsequently Mika Singer slapped him on the left ear in front of the large crowd.

Then the doctor filed case on singer and sued for Rs.50lakhs as defamation as damages for loss caused to his reputation along with a permanent decree stating that he will refrain from making any further defamatory and derogatory remarks on doctor.
