Sonakshi Sinha likely to match steps with Suriya

Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha, who is currently enjoying a good status at the box-office, is likely to pair up opposite Tamil actor Suriya in his upcoming untitled Tamil film. Apparently, Sonakshi has given dates for an item song in the film but she is yet to sign the dotted line for the same.

Director Linguswamy has confirmed that he has approached Sonakshi for the song, which is expected to be shot in Mumbai next month provided she signs the papers. According to a source, it was Suriya who expressed his interest to feature Sonakshi for the song. The song, however, may or may not feature Suriya in it as they have not yet thought about it.

The film, which is currently being shot in Mumbai, features Samantha for the first time opposite Suriya.
