Song Talk: Liger’s Whacky Hunt

Tollywood heartthrob Vijay Deverakonda is celebrating his birthday today and on the occasion of the same, the makers of Liger have unveiled the first song from the film’s audio album.

The first song is titled Liger Hunt and as the title suggests, the song is a depiction of the journey of Liger, played by Vijay Deverakonda. The tune and composition are whacky and funky. It has more of a heavy western flavor to it and it might take some time for the Telugu audience to comprehend and receive the same. The vocals suit the theme.

The visuals in the lyrical video are very good though. The visuals give a brief look into the world of Liger. The lyrics imply that Vijay is playing a dynamic and action hero role in the film.

Liger is announced for release on the 25th of August and the makers are expected to amp up the promotions as the film heads for release. The film is directed by Puri Jagannadh and it has Ananya Panday in the female lead role.
