For The First Time, Outright Rejection For Sandeep Reddy?

Prabhas' Spirit Poster Faces Criticism

Sandeep Reddy Vanga is the most dynamic filmmaker in Telugu Cinema of this moment. He was able to create a solid market for himself with just two films, which is very rare these days.

Now he is coming up with the most ambitious and costliest project in his career in the form of Spirit. This action film has Prabhas in the lead role and it is prepared for release next Diwali season after having postponed from March.

But for now, the discussion is about the new poster of the film that was released yesterday featuring Prabhas and it has opened to almost negative reactions.

There are several concerns that are being raised about the facial appearance of Prabhas, despite the attempt to cover up the majority of this using a cap and dark colour tone.

When a promotional material from Sandeep Reddy is coming out, there is a lot of originality and dynamic attribute that is expected of it. But this new poster featuring Prabhas has lacked in both these aspects.

Till now, Sandeep Reddy was very successful in releasing original content for all of his films. But for the first time, he is facing unanimous criticism for the lack of ideation and inadequate presentation of Prabhas at the visual level.

This is one of the most anticipated films from Prabhas in recent times, and this naturally adds a lot of burden on Sandeep as a film maker. The responsibility is on him to deliver solid quality content and that’s non negotiable at this point.
