What? Jhanvi Rejected Mahesh?

People have been long awaiting the day when Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s eldest daughter Jhanvi would grace the silver screens. The stunning nineteen year old is pretty active on the social media and enjoys huge following.

It is, therefore, no wonder that filmmakers are lining up to sign Jhanvi for their latest projects. What is surprising however is that Jhanvi rejected a film offer by none other than A.R. Murugadoss who is the mastermind behind Ghajni for Bollywood. Apparently the director was keen to have Jhanvi debut with his latest Mahesh’s film and both Sridevi and Boney Kapoor had also given their consent but the teenager herself was not interested according to a popular Bollywood media source. The report says Murugadoss had met Sridevi several times to convince her but couldn’t succeed.

Jhanvi’s reason for the refusal is that she wants to be completely ready before facing the camera. In this regard, she is also taking acting classes at the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in Los Angeles.
