Legendary actress Sridevi recently received the Padma Shri award and her husband Boney Kapoor is elated at her success. The couple has been partying continuously since she got the award last week. Lately we heard that her sister Srilatha, with whom she had some legal and property disputes, threw an excellent party for Sridevi in Chennai leaving their personal issues behind.
The couple was also invited by Sridevi’s cousin Maheshwari for a party in Hyderabad in the honor of her success. Her husband Boney is very pleased with her achievements and stated that he is very proud of her and she is probably the only actress with 40 years of experience to have a that kind of comeback. He also said that according to him she should’ve gotten the award way back but it doesn’t matter now. Currently they have two reasons to celebrate as Boney’s son Arjun Kapoor’s film ‘Aurangzeb’ will hit the theatres soon.
