Only Two Exist: Ram Charan’s Gift to Odela

Srikanth Odela has revealed a special memory from the making of Rangasthalam, and it has a surprising Chiranjeevi connection.

While working on the Ram Charan-starrer, Odela said he used to have intense discussions with Charan during the early hours of the shoot. He recalled that they would often discuss scenes and other aspects of the film near Charan’s dressing area. Looking back, Odela jokingly described himself as someone who used to “torture” Charan during those days.

But the most memorable moment came on the final day of the shoot. According to Odela, Ram Charan called him over and handed him a locket as a special gift. The locket was not an ordinary present either. Odela revealed that it had been specially ordered by Chiranjeevi, making the gesture even more meaningful.

What makes the gift even more special is its rarity. Odela said there are only two such lockets in existence. He has kept the one given to him by Charan as a lasting reminder of their Rangasthalam journey.

Interestingly, Odela recently brought up the locket while speaking to Charan, only for the actor to apparently forget that he had gifted it to him years ago. For Odela, however, the small piece of jewellery has clearly remained a cherished memory from one of the most important films of his career.
