Star Hero Calls Female Director, ‘Drill Master’

For all the right reasons, female director Sudha Kongara became the centre of attraction and the centre of promotions for Suriya’s upcoming movie ‘Soorarai Pottru‘ that is going to stream on Amazon Prime from 30th October onwards.

Suriya called his female director, ‘Drill Master’ who grilled each and every actor and made everyone including dialogue king Mohan Babu do the reading session on the script. This was the first time those actors actually sat down to read the entire script in detail.

Before that, in the initial stages, she also made Suriya read the 40-page story of Captain GR Gopinath to know if he can do the biopic. Suriya went gaga over these reading sessions how his director made everyone understand the story they are going to tell.

Looks like, the director gave intense preparatory sessions that the entire cast and crew had a different experience altogether. Hope, Sudha Kongara’s output lives up to the expectations.
