Sukumar, Sumanth Ashwin join hands

Director Sukumar, who is basking in mixed reviews for ‘1:Nenokkadine’, has roped in actor Sumanth Ashwin for his debut production venture. Sukumar floated a production company few months back to make films with his associates. He also launched one of his associates called Vema Reddy, and announced that he would be directing the first film under his home banner Mahi Entertainments.

The film will be a love story and Sumanth will be essaying a very different character. The regular shooting is expected to start from this month end and the buzz is that actress Eesha, who worked with Sumanth in ‘Anthaku Mundhu Aa Taravatha’, is likely to be cast as the female lead. The film unit has however not confirmed about the heroine and even the other members of the cast.

Sumanth is currently busy shooting for Maruthi film called “Lovers”, while Sukumar is busy to start working on his next directorial.
