Sukumar’s Pushpa: “No Story”; Mahesh Fans Logic

It is known that director Sukumar and Mahesh Babu were supposed to work together, but Mahesh rejected Sukumar at the last moment, citing “creative differences,” and the rest is history. Hurt, Sukumar went straight to Allu Arjun, and they both worked on Pushpa.

This topic resurfaced among fans after watching Sukumar’s speech at the Pushpa 2: The Rule pre-release event.

Sukumar casually mentioned in his speech that when he went to Allu Arjun, he did not have a story, but Bunny trusted him.

Now, Mahesh fans have taken this as a reason to feel that their hero, Mahesh Babu, was right to reject Sukumar, since Sukumar didn’t even have a story at that point.

But logic aside, after Mahesh Babu rejected Sukumar, he delivered a national phenomenon called Pushpa. Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu delivered Sarileru Neekevvaru, Sarkaru Vaari Paata, etc., which no one remembers. So, this tells us who is at a bigger loss—Sukumar or Mahesh?
