Sunil role significantly cut down in Thadaka

Film industry is a world of egos and insecurity is every where here. Naga Chaitanya and Sunil starer Thadaka is one fine example of this. The movie was earlier planned to be titled as ‘Chinnodu – Peddhodu’. Since the title gives equal importance to both the heroes, Akkineni fans pressurized the producer to drop the title. And now we learn that Sunil’s role in the movie was significantly chopped down to elevate Chaitanya. Sunil even do not have a song in the movie except for a combination song. The role of Sunil in the original is very significant. We will have to see how this will result in the output.

The movie is the remake of Tamil super hit film, Vettai. Konchem Ishtam Konchem Kashtam fame Dolly is directing this film. Brahmanandam, Ashutosh Rana are playing important roles for which music is scored by Thaman. Bellamkonda Suresh is producing the film on Sri Sai Ganesh Productions banner.
