Superstar Painfully Injured On Project K Sets

Superstar Amitabh Bhachchan suffered a painful injury on the sets of Prabhas’s Project K and he received medical care for the same. The star actor wrote a blog post about the same earlier.

Amitabh revealed that he got injured while filming an action sequence in Project K.

“In Hyderabad at shoot for Project K, during an action shot, got injured, rib cartilage popped broke & muscle tear to the right rib cage. Cancelled shoot, did doctor consult & scan by CT at AIG Hospital in Hyderabad & flown back home,” Amitabh wrote in the brief blog post.

Amitabh has also revealed that he will be away from work for a few weeks as there’s some discomfort while breathing and moving. He will return to the sets only after the injuries heal.

This will mean that the shooting for Amitabh’s portion of Project K is suspended till further notice.

The film is announced for release on the 12th of January 2024. It has Prabhas, Amitabh, Deepika Padukone, and others in the lead roles. Nag Ashwin is the director.
