Website put Superstar in legal trouble?

The Superstar Salman Khan is again met with legal hurdles? There may be answer Yes to this question after the Delhi based traders opted to sue him on brand infringement issue.

On his birthday the 50 year old bachelor star announced an online portal www.KhanMarketOnline.com. This portal is e commerce platform which will embark its operations in near days. This led to the star to draw the ire of Khan Market Traders Association who claims that there brand name can’t be taken by Bhai for granted. They further said that they are going to file a case on actor in Delhi High Court soon.

The legal experts opined that this case may not stand because of the reason that the declared website and this market are not competitors in the same field. The star recently got relief in hit and run case.
