Supreme director’s ‘Ghost’ work for others

What was director Anil Ravipudi’s goal when he first entered the film industry? The young and handsome director says his sole goal was to become a director but eventually during his travel that he discovered that he is also a good writer.

During the 6-7 years before he got his debut project ‘Pataas’ to direct, he wrote for many projects and also did ghost work for others which he does not want to reveal. After that he started preparation for his own project ‘Pataas’ which took off in 2014 and scored a super hit in 2015.

The director came from a middle class family, Chilukurivaripalem in Prakasham district. His father is an RTC bus driver. He spent his childhood in Telangana, Mehboobnagar district. His entire family supported him to pursue his dream to become a director. After delivering two back to back minimum guarantee commercial formula films Anil is now a hot cake in upcoming directors.
