Suriya’s Rangasthalam Coming Soon

Suriya will be teaming up with ‘Guru’ director Sudha Kongara for one of his upcoming projects. It’s going to be a Raw movie as it is said to be a period drama which would be along the lines of Selvaraghavan’s period drama ‘Yugaaniki Okkadu’.

Can we expect Suriya’s ‘Rangasthalam‘ from Sudha Kongara? Suriya is known for choosing various experimental subjects. Hence, when he is teaming up with a director like Sudha Kongara, we don’t expect a regular commercial format from the fresh combination.

Suriya who is presently shooting for Selvaraghavan’s ‘NGK’ will move on to his next with Ms. Sudha Kongara in 2019. Music director GV Prakash Kumar will be scoring the background music and the songs for the period drama. Will it be the most important period drama in the Indian Cinema as claimed by the music director? It’s too early to come up with expectations. Let’s wait and see.
