Surprise Addition for #RC15

Shankar is one of the biggest directors in the Indian Film Industry currently. His films are watched all over India, and he has a good following. Shankar has worked with legendary musician AR Rahman for most of his films, but the director is opting for different music directors for his upcoming films.

For Indian 2, Shankar opted for Anirudh Ravichander, but the film had to be stopped midway.Shankar has now opted for SS Thaman as the music director, for his upcoming film with Ram Charan. Recently, Thaman also revealed that the music sittings for Shankar’s film with Ram Charan have already begun.

Considering that Thaman is currently the most successful and in-demand music director in Telugu, it should be no surprise that Shankar chose him for Ram Charan’s project. Thaman previously scored the music for Ram Charan’s Bruce Lee and Naayak.

Ram Charan is currently shooting for Rajamouli’s RRR and is expected to join the sets of his film with Shankar as soon as RRR wraps up. Ram Charan’s film with Shankar is being produced by Dil Raju, and further details of the film are still awaited.
