Talasani issue reaches high court once again!

One more Public Interest Litigation (PIL) was filed in Hyderabad High Court saying that Talasani Srinivas Yadav is illegally continuing as a Minister after getting elected on TDP’s ticket. A person named Siva Prasad Reddy knocked the door of high court on this issue.

The complainant questioned the court if the constitution allows a person to win from one party and become Minister from the rival party by jumping in to it. The complainant questioned how the Governor administered oath for such person and why action is not taken after that.

Talasani is repeatedly telling that he resigned to his MLA post and is ready to face the by-election. But Speaker Madhusudhanachari has kept the resignation and disqualification petition in pending to benefit the ruling party. Political rumours suggest that TRS is not ready for by-election in settler majority Sanathnagar and may strip of Minister post to Talasani after GHMC elections.
