Talented Actress Joins Samantha

Samantha Ruth Prabhu has announced her new projects and Yashoda is one among them. The new age thriller is directed by duo Hari and Harish. The shoot of the multilingual film has already gone on floors.

Now, a talented actress has joined Samantha’s Yashoda. Wondering who it is? Well, the actress is Varalaxmi Sarathkumar. The actress has joined the team, which is produced by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar has become a known and popular face among the Telugu audience with her performance as Jayamma in Krack.

Following the success of Krack, she bagged other Telugu films. Speaking about the film Yashoda, more details about the cast and crew will be out in March 2022. Currently, Samantha is taking a rest after she was taken ill for a slight cough recently. The actress could join the team once she recovers.

Apart from Yashoda, Samantha has another film that is yet to go on floors. She currently awaits the release of Shaakuntalam, and in Tamil, she has Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal. The actress is said to be in talks for a Bollywood film too. However, an official confirmation is awaited.
