Talented Hero Finally Found Right Track!

When Arjun Reddy happened, the entire Tollywood thought, there is a new sensation in the form of Vijay Devarakonda. This was quickly followed by another smashing success in the form of Geetha Govindam.

However, things went off track after these two successes as Vijay was rather inconsistent with his filmography. While a lot was expected of him, the creative choices he made weren’t as great.

However, finally, Vijay appears to have found the right track as his upcoming film VD 12 promises to be something out of the ordinary.

According to sources close to the unit, this film is a periodic action drama with certain topics that were never explored till now. After dilly dallying with routine cinema for a while, Vijay is now back to doing what was expected of him in the first place – making exciting cinema.

The inside talk on the teaser is pretty positive and more importantly, there is a good and positive general consensus on the film even before the teaser.

This was aggravated by the involvement of junior NTR, Ranbir Kapoor, and Surya for the teaser of the film. They are all dubbing voice over the film in respective language languages. This is a very positive reinforcement for the film.

This is the kind of exciting and novel attempt that was expected from Vijay right from the start after the bright beginning he had. Luckily, he appears to be on the right track now and the expectation is that he will continue on this route.

This point could very well be established with the teaser that is arriving tomorrow, February 12. This film really needs to hit it off right from the start with this teaser in order to hit the right punches at the right place.
