Talk: Why Didn’t Rajamouli Take Their Help At All?

One of the fundamental reasons why team RRR roped in Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn for two pivotal roles in the film is to fetch the film a good reach in the Hindi market. But if we take a look at the film’s recent promotional campaign, it appears to be that Rajamouli did not take the help of these two Bollywood stars.

RRR trio, Rajamouli, Ram Charan, and Jr NTR extensively toured major cities across the country, including Mumbai, Delhi, Amritsar, and other cities. However, for some reason, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgan weren’t so proactive in the same.

Alia was seen in a promotional tour in Delhi and that is about it. Incidentally, she extensively promoted the film and attended almost every major event back in December when RRR’s promotions were in full swing. But she wasn’t as active in the second phase of the promotions. The same is the case with Ajay Devgan.

The RRR trio even took part in an interview with Rana at the latter’s apartment in Mumbai. But again, all these promotional events catered to the Telugu audience and had South flavor. Had Rajamouli bought in Alia and Ajay Devgan for these interviews, they might fetched good reach in Hindi. One only has to wonder why Rajamouli didn’t take their help at all.
