Telugu hero wins : Big Deal for Vishal in TN

The elections for South Indian Artistes Association finally got a conclusion and Nasser is elected the President of Nadigar Sangham for the next three years beating the three-time President Sharat Kumar. The fight was tough and the main name who made it tough for Sharat Kumar was actor Vishal.

Vishal who contested for the post of General Secretary won against Radha Ravi by a margin of 300 plus votes, which is huge in terms of number of total votes polled. Another hero, Karthi from Vishal team contested for the Treasurer post and won it. The winners belong to ‘Pandavir Ani’ group which is allegedly backed up by Kamal Haasan.

Prakash Raj, who has been staunch supporter of ‘Pandavir Ani’ conveyed his best wishes through his tweets and hailed that ‘Truth Prevails’. This success is a big thing for actor Vishal because he was attacked personally on the basis of his Telugu roots and on the election day, allegations were made that he was physically attacked.
