Naga Chaitanya‘s Thank You is releasing in theaters in two days from now. The producer of the film, Dil Raju had announced that the pricing model for the film will be Rs 100+ GST at single screens and Rs 175+ GST at multiplexes. This move was welcomed by all as it is the need of the hour to pick optimal pricing slab in order to pull audiences to theaters.

However, the said pricing slab is not in effect for Thank You now.

Famous single screens at important segments like Kukatpally, Dilshuknagar, RTC X Roads, and Moosapaet haven’t opened bookings till now.

Of the limited single screens that opened bookings, the pricing is Rs 175+ GST. A few other single screens have opened at Rs 150+ GST.

The pricing at the famous Prasad’s multiplex is Rs 200+ GST. It goes up to Rs 250+ GST at premium multiplex, AMB Cinemas. The average pricing at plexes is in upwards of Rs 200+ GST.

Netizens are now calling out Dil Raju for promising low ticket prices but imposing conveniently higher prices at single screens and plexes.
