The least expensive office space is in Hyderabad!

According to the reports of the global realty consultant, it seems that Hyderabad has recently become world’s most affordable office location, while four other Indian cities, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore and Kolkata have made it to the top 10 of the list. This list is the 17 th edition of the Global Occupancy Costs – Offices released by the consultant and contains a thorough outlook and analysis of the 138 markets spread worldwide and the cost of buying prime office space at these spots. Earlier the top spot was owned by Indonesian city Surabaya but Hyderabad has overtaken it due to a mix of devaluation of the Indian rupee as well as a state of instability over the formation of Telangana.

Interestingly enough, Chennai still keeps its place as the world’s third least expensive office space market while Pune and Bangalore are in the fourth and fifth position respectively.
