AP NGOs organized a huge meeting in Lal Bahdur Stadium, Hyderabad demanding Central government to withdraw its decision of creating separate state of Telangana. Objecting to the meeting, TRS party and Telangana JAC had called for a bandh in Hyderabad. Both these events paralyzed normal life in Hyderabad. The city was in Police patrol through out.
