US BO: Custody Posts Disaster Numbers

Naga Chaitanya aggressively promoted Custody which is a bilingual directed by the veteran Venkat Prabhu. But sadly for Chay, he couldn’t reap the desired result as the film is a complete non starter at the box office.

Coming to the USA box office performance, Custody has registered a disastrous opening weekend.

As per the latest box office reports, Custody collected a measly $25K on its first Sunday.

The total tally of the film at the USA box office is a shade under $225K and this is a disastrous number for the Naga Chaitanya starrer.

Custody comes as a double blow to Prathyangira Cinemas, the USA distributor who bought both Custody and also Agent.

Agent too was a mega disaster with under $200k in its full run. Now, Custody is also heading for a similar fate with Naga Chaitanya scoring back to back disasters with Thank You and this Venkat Prabhu directorial.
