Top 5 Telugu Films on OTT 2020

This year has been all about digital platforms and direct releases. In Telugu, two big movies disappointed big time, but there have been surprises in the form of small movies making it big on OTT platforms. Here is the list of top-5 films on OTT in 2020.

Suhas starrer ‘Colour Photo’ stood tall on the top of the list among all the OTT releases in 2020 and there is no denying the fact that it’s the content of the movie and an unconventional ending that made the movie a respite for movie-starved audiences.

Anand Deverakonda’s ‘Middle Class Melodies’ came as an underdog but the content made it the OTT winner and helped it in occupying the second place on the list of Top 5 Movies of 2020. Even the movie on the third position, ‘Uma Maheshwara Ugra Roopasya’ was successful because of its rich content.

The next two movies are more entertainment based with routine comedy doing the needy to attract the youth and they are ‘Krishna and His Leela’ and ‘Bhanumati and Ramakrishna’ along with the thriller with content ‘Gatham’. Sadly, Nani’s landmark 25th movie and Anushka Shetty’s female-oriented ‘Nishabdham’ disappointed the audiences, big time.
