Trivikram spent lakhs on Kobali already!

Whenever Trivikram Srinivas has an interaction with media, questions about Pawan Kalyan and ‘Kobali’ are posed to him inevitably. The director has long back announced ‘Kobali’ with Pawan Kalyan but there had been no updates on the project since long. When asked the same Trivikram says that the project is still there.

Trivikram and Pawan decided to produce ‘Kobali’ as it is going to be like parallel cinema nothing like mainstream cinema. This film involves very complex technicalities and high standards and hence they have approached foreign technical experts and already spent lakhs on this movie.

Speaking on not doing films with Rajamouli’s heroes like Ram Charan and NTR, Trivikram says that a suitable story and their dates availability will decide and he has no other reasons not to do movies with them. He opines that Rajamouli’s ‘Eega’ and ‘Baahubali’ are wonderful attempts and when he has no such wonderful story why should he even make a film like that just for the sake of it.
