“Truth Is, Akshay Kumar Is the Hero in 2.0”

Akshay Kumar playing the antagonist for the first time has been one of the USP of Shankar-Rajinikanth’s ‘2.0‘. This would be the major selling point for the film in B’Town as this is the action star’s first ever negative role.

What did Rajinikanth have to say about Akshay’s role in the movie? Given a chance, Rajini would have chosen to play the role Akshay Kumar has essayed in ‘2.0‘. These are words spoken by the superstar during the first look launch event on Sunday in Mumbai.

This film is a different one not only for the 3D experience it is going to give but also because Akshay Kumar is the hero. Again, these words came from none other than Thalaiva Rajinikanth.

Rajni hailed Shankar as the biggest director who is a perfectionist and said that the film would be of Hollywood-level and it is going to make Indian Cinema proud and go in the history of the Indian Cinema. Every cine-lover would be happy if it proves to be worthy to make Indian Cinema proud.
